How Power BI Solves Excel Data Headaches

75% of a Data Analyst’s time is not spent on visualization. It’s spent organizing and cleaning data. If you’ve had to clean up your data in Excel, you know there’s a lot involved. Multiple functions (VLOOKUP, LEFT, RIGHT, MID), Text-to-columns, pasting values, and much more.
With the Power Query component of Power BI, you are able to automate your data cleanup without having to use code. You can collect data from multiple sources, transform it, and prepare it for visualizations.
In this session, you’ll learn how to replace time-consuming Excel functions with Power BI Power Query.

In this session, LeAndra looks at collaboration and integration within the Power Bi and Microsoft Teams integration.
